Hello, I’m Jessica, the founder of Decor by Jess!

We specialize in creating stylish, custom balloon decor and event backdrops for every occasion. What began as a small side hustle five years ago with my husband, Israel, quickly grew into our full-time passion as the demand for our work skyrocketed.

Although we were both born in Chihuahua, Mexico, Arizona has been our home for over 30 years. Since launching Decor by Jess in 2019, we’ve proudly served the Phoenix metro area, bringing creativity, detail, and unforgettable designs to birthdays, weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and more.

With years of experience and a true love for celebrating life’s milestones, we know how to transform any vision into a one-of-a-kind event to remember.
